正确地使用和维护保养是机器正常运行，延长使用寿命，保持高性能和高指标的关键。在日常分析中要按以下要求和方法对天瑞ICP光谱仪进行维护和保养。

1、退出OIA软件并关闭激发台光源开关(红色按钮)

1, exit the OIA software ａnd turn off the ignition light switch (red button)

2、取下燃烧室两侧的螺丝，向上移开燃烧室。

3、用专用毛刷(或者脱脂棉)清扫钨电极周围和燃烧室里面的黑色废渣(严禁使用酒精等液体)。

4、清理完毕装上燃烧室，打开光谱仪软件和激发光源(红)后，氩气吹扫十几分钟。

注意：不要将大块物体落入排气孔内，以免堵塞排气管道。
